Tallinn, First academic collaboration between Pakistan and Estonian Universities included Erasmus plus International Credit Mobility Funds has been signed and approved by the parties. This was stated by President of Pakistan Estonia Association (PEA) Dr. Yar Muhammad Mughal. Dr Mughal is also Assistant Professor at University of Tartu, Estonia (Europe).
